Persistence Milestone

The next step towards full persistence has just passed internal testing and should be expected later today.

Besides the usual tweaks and fixes these are the most important features of the next release:

- Player locations are now safely stored and retrieved from the database.
- Extra communication features possible by using chat commands.
- Extra options for volume adjustment added to settings window.
- Added alarm sound to the PvP trigger and tweaked other sounds.
- More logging for us to keep track of the systems internals.
